As a rule, we will be unavailable to answer the phone or reply to email messages between noon on Thursday and noon on Monday. These are periods of time when our professional staff is away from our base camp running canoe trips or participating in whitewater slalom racing events. The Canadian Trips and Other Commitments on the schedule page are additional periods that our staff will be unavailable. However, our security staff, electronic security equipment, phone answering equipment and our email service remain on duty 24/7.
